REFLECTION
Tuesday 16th March 2021
Today in Sam's lesson we learnt about different type of camera lenses and what they're used for. We also did a practical task where we used a camera with different lenses to prove what the different lenses do.

Today's lesson we did a tutorial on how to make a poster. We used iron man as an example. Using a variety of layers, using background and iron man. We learnt how to rasterize layers in order to edit.
Today we did another lesson on editing on photoshop to make our own posters. This time we took our own photos to make a quick poster.
Todays i have been looking at trailer ideas for my trailer. I have recognised they all have the same layout. Horror trailers all have the same creepy upbeat music, short clips of film and jumpscares.
15.3.21 : I created the FMP website on webnode
16.3.21 : today we learnt about different camera lenses. also how to connect and change the camera lenses. we also used the different camera lenses to take photos around the college.
22.3.21 : today we learnt about different movie genres and conventions. also we learnt about iconography, narrative and theme of a movie. i was informed about this lesson as i wasn't in.
26.4.21 : We looked back at a reward poster as well as an anniversary poster to talk about what is in the poster and what makes that poster a reward or anniversary poster.
27.4.21 : we used celtx to create some scripts to get a better understanding on how a script is made and what a script is for. Like we also learnt about voice overs and the layout of scripts.
27.4.21 : today we learnt about Foley. we had demonstrations of Foley sounds from vegtables being crushed to make the appropriate sound effects for a mortal kombat fatality. We also did some audio editing for Ultron and Grod on audition.
4.5.21 : sam gave us a quick lesson on how to act in an interview environment. he got members of class to act like they were going for an interview. this was a life lesson skill. which is very important to have.
5.5.21 : Today we did a starter on our movie posters by having our photos taken and using them to create a basic movie poster to get a better understanding how to use Adobe Photoshop for our Final Project.
